For luxury living in Bali, Villa Kipas, as part of the Sekar Taman II by the Sea complex, is located in the heart of Seminyak, only metres to the beach and between The Oberoi and The Sofitel Resorts.

The villa's modern Balinese design features a private pool with lush tropical Balinese gardens and a traditional gated entrance to your own secure walled enclosure. Villa Kipas is a two story residence which has been architecturally designed incorporating local material such as alang alang thatch roofing, traditional timbers and local stonework. There are two king size bedrooms, each with ensuite, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living areas.  The living areas open out to your own private walled garden which is enhanced by the lush tropical garden.

The expansive terraces, both upstairs and downstairs, are flanked by gardens, water features and pools.  So you can choose to relax, soak up the sun, swim, have a massage in the bale, or walk down the small path alongside these villas onto Seminyak Beach to watch the sunset.
