Vacation Rental Description

Venice Beach Cottage steps to the beach and to nice restaurants. 3 bedrooms 2 bath beach cottage is a magical place to be. You are steps to one of the best and cleanest beaches in Southern California, you can also walk to nice restaurants and shops 1 block away on Washington Blvd. The cottage is located on one of the famous Venice Walk Streets. No cars allowed on these walk streets which makes for a very quiet and safe place to be.

The beach cottage was all recently renovated with a new kitchen that has all high end appliances, new wood floors, vaulted ceilings, romantic fireplace, new tiled bathrooms, and new decor/furnishings.

There is also a beautiful large and private garden/yard with patio furniture, a BBQ, gazebo, fountain, and outdoor shower. In the cottage there are 4 queen beds and a twin bed and can sleep up to 9 persons if needed. The 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor has its own private entrance and kitchenette.

You can hear the ocean at night.

1. Holidays are the same rates as peak summer.

   All rates are based on a 5 person stay. Additional persons are charged $25 each per night.

   $150 exit cleaning fee.

   14% local city Tax.

   Bicycles available for $35 per week.

   Air conditioning available for $20 per day.

   $750 refundable security deposit required.
