Superb four bedroom detached villa with swimming pool and sea views, decorated to a very high standard. Located 10 minutes walk from the sea. Entrance hall with guest cloak-room. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. Spacious lounge with Satellite wide screen TV and DVD, fogo montanha wood burning stove, CD player.
Wide windows to covered terrace with cane furniture from where amazing sea views can be enjoyed.
Adjacent dining area with seating for 8, patio doors to covered eating area for dining all fresco. Gas BBQ. From dining area there is access to fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Separate laundry room in basement. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. One twin bedroom and one double bedroom with sliding doors to pool area. Shared full bathroom. From entrance, staircase leads to the basement with games room including ping pong/table tennis, full size pool table. Two spacious bedrooms occupy the first floor. Master bedroom with large double bed, seating area, full ensuite bathroom with feature raised bath in centre of room. Sliding doors to private terrace. Spectacular sea views from both bedrooms and bathroom. Second bedroom has twin beds made up as double, doors to private terrace and ensuite feature 2 person shower room. Air-conditioned (supplement payable during Low season). Security roller blinds, safe and alarm. New outdoor surround music system to terrace and pool area. New water feature fountain in rear garden. Large pool with separate jacuzzi. Salt water clorine free pool which can be heated at an extra charge of £150 per week. Maid service 4 times per week.
You are at a 10 minutes walking distance to the Dunas Douradas beach (Maria´s bar), and 20 minutes walk to the Vale Lobo plaza.

The house is situated in close proximity to some of the finest golf courses in the world, including Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal Course, Pinheiros Altos and San Lorenzo to name but a few. These courses are also home to some fabulous restaurants and bars, along with those in the beachfront resort centre, which include fish, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine. Vale do Lobo is around 20 minute drive to the larger resort of Vilamoura, which offers a bustling harbour, with an abundance of activities for families and couples alike. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the exclusive Quinta do Lago, which has many fine restaurants in the resort and along the road from Vale do Lobo to Quinta do Lago. We have in the house a folder detailing many restaurants and bars in the area.
