In a quiet,peaceful and relaxing residential area, it's only 10 minutes from four white finest sandy beaches. Ideally placed for visiting the fashionable districts of Venice, Sarasota and Naples. further to the North are the theme parks and attractions of Orlando (3hrs) Tampa (1hr 20mins)and Busch Gardens 1hr 30mins. A great area for numerous first class restaurants for all tastes and pockets.Watch the sun go down at Gulf View restaurant or the Lock 'n Key. Supermarkets only 6/7 mins and of course port Charlotte Mall - just 15 mins away.

Fantastic area for golfing. Five championship sized course within 5mins. Shell collecting along with sharks teeth is a must for the kids. Wildlife includes dolphins,pelicans,egrets,ibis,turtles,buzzards and Ospreys. Fantastic for the fishing enthusiast. Catch your own supper -we have.  Plenty of opportunities for boat hire. Shopping in Port Charlotte is not to be missed. The factory outlets in Ellenton and Fort Myers for the shopaholic. And beautiful Venice for its elegance. Whatever else you do don't miss a visit the Boca Grande.
