Beautiful new 3 bedroom Cape Cod home. Well eqiupped with new state of the art appliances and professionally decorated decor. This home is located at the end of the street (culdesac) and in a quiet neighborhood on a private lot. Beautiful deck offering a weber grill and seating for 6. In addition to inside baths an enclosed hot/cold shower.

Located near ocean and bay beaches on the Outer area of Cape Cod (known as Outercape). Summer Breeze offers easy access to cape cod bike trail and walking distance to national seashore offering 100's of acres of pristine woods and wildlife with many walking/biking trails. This home is within 2 miles of Coast Guard Beach (voted top beach in the WORLD) and also Nauset Light Beach. Many Bay beaches nearby (between 2-4 miles)

Shopping, Restaurants and Theater within 5 minutes. Cineman and old-fashioned Drive-in theater less than one mile.
