Vacation Rental Description
This very fine large two story brick 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom home 2
blocks to the beach & two blocks to La Barra is in Montoya. This is the finest
fashionable area to stay with the ever present smell of pines and salt air....your perfect vacation retreat. Additional bedroom/bath in separate maids quarters..total
4 bedrooms 4 baths. The home is but 5 minutes from the Mantra Casino Restaurant & Spa
The beds are of the finest quality (king/queen/three twins) and linens are brand
new. 37" Plasma TV, DVD/CD surround sound system is in the living room. A new
microwave/convection oven and new stainless steel stove is in the kitchen.
Also included is Internet/telephone/alarm system and parilla (BBQ). The maid's
quarters with washing machine is separate from the main house. Rate does include taxes, but not the
meet/greet fee ($30.)by Nora (necessary to check you out on Alarm &
hand you the keys etc.) and the reading of the utility meters
(water/electric) customary in Uruguay home rentals. Total fees are
nominal. The rate in the high season is from $300 - $400 per night.
The phone number/email address for my agent (reservations) Nora is
included in the contact numbers. The homes in the Montoya area are
named..this home is named "Pura Vida". Mention that when calling Nora
please. She speaks perfect English/Spanish/French. Higher rates apply
in high season/holidays.
