4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa With Private Pool And Air Conditioning. Vivenda Fajan is in a quiet, private area close to Carvoeiro with enclosed private pool set in beautiful gardens. The villa is ornately furnished in the traditional Portuguese way. The lounge / diner has cable TV, CD, A/C and doors to the pool. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine in the laundry room. One twin bedroom with bathroom and one double bedroom with bathroom are both air conditioned and are on the ground floor. and are on the first floor, there is also a large breakfast terrace leading from the landing. The pool is 10 metres x 4.5 metres and has ample pool furniture for 8 people. The barbecue is on the upper pool terrace.
