Vacation Rental Description

6 x 3 bedroom villas each with private pool and shaded BBQ area. All villas are set in a private road with a security gate so only the visitors have access. All major attractions and golf courses are all within a short drive from the villa and the town of Armacao de Pera is only 5 mins drive away. We have up to 18 bedrooms available on this site.

Beautifully decorated throughout it has a large living/dining room where you will find satellite TV for your enjoyment, a large dining table and chairs, two sofas and air-conditioning.
In the well equipped kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the equipment you need make your stay comfortable.

About Surfing Holidays Armacao de Pera

The local beach of Armacao de Pera is a 5 min drive from the property or 20 min country walk. Armacao de Pera has water sports located along the beach front. Close to the area you are spoilt by the many beaches and coves that you can find inc Praia da Marinha, Praia Grande, Praia da Rocha and Senhora da Rocha to name a few and all within short drives from the villa.

The nearest town is Armacao de Pera which is only 2km from the property, this has a nice range of restaurants, cafes and bars. With a local market for all your fresh fruit/veg and a great fish market is ideal. There is also a good choice of supermarkets, banks (ATM), and other places of interest. Taxi service and bus service is also available from here.

There are two traditional Portuguese restaurants and bar only 15mins walk from the villa. Other interests are the water park, which is in walking distance. The Zoo Marine is only 5 mins drive a chance to see and experience some of nature's beautiful sea creatures a great day out for all the family. Within 15 minutes drive there is a large shopping centre where you will find all a wide selection of shops inc Mango, Zara.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. 20% deposit on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 returnable breakage bond is required.

2. Change over day is flexible please contact us for availability.
3. Clean linen and towels are provided for you and are changed once a week. The towels are for use only in the villas please bring your own for poolside and beach.
