4 Bedroom 4 bath Florida Gulf Coast house with private pool located in Emerald Waters Village, only 100 yds. To the beach.

1st Floor: Living area has 50" tv, dvd, sound system, sleeper sofa. Dining area seats 6 with seating for 4 more at the bar. Kitchen has a large bar, plus an island bar, granite countertops & stainless appliances. Large deck with pool. Queen bedroom, 20" tv, shared bath. Laundry room. King master bedroom, 20" tv, bath with double vanities, patio that opens to deck and pool.

2nd Floor: King bedroom, 20" tv, dvd, bath. Bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, 19" tv, bath.

House is very tastefully decorated and is next to the gate for beach access. Parking is available for 4-5 cars and the property is within walking distance to shopping and dining.
