3 bedroom linked villa, located in the exclusive area of Fazenda de Santiago within the famous Vale do Lobo resort. Close to all ammenities including golf courses, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The property is tastefully furnished to a high standard. Ground floor:- Entrance hall with cloakroom; Beautiful lounge with TV, wood burning stove and sliding doors to outside covered pool terrace and garden. Adjacent dining area with seating for 6 and access to fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. One twin bedroom with ensuite shower room; First floor:- Master double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to private terrace with views to pool area and long distance sea views. Third bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room. Mosquito nets throughout; Fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms. Air-conditioned throughout (supplement payable during Low season). Maid service 4 times per week except weekends and public holidays. Free access to tennis courts and on site gymnasium.
