Vacation Rental Description

Great 2BR . High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms. There is a double bed and a single bed (as well as a futon that can be used). There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the office, ceiling fans in all other rooms but included in these as well. There is a veranda off the bedroom that is nice for sitting and reading or even storing suitcases and such. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled recently and the kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, toaster, blender and everything else you would need.

Botafogo is a safe neighborhood yet center to everything with buses that take you anywhere you need to go. The apartment is located just 2 blocks from metro and 5 blocks from Botafogo Shopping. Since it is one of the most traditional of the neighborhoods of Rio, Botafogo contains some very interesting museums, architecture, churches and buildings. There is a resurgence happening here and a building boom like no other neighborhood in Rio, property values are appreciating at an alarming rate!
