This luxury apartment in Peru is located on the 7th floor of a brand new Building (2008) in the beautiful district of Miraflores at the border to Barranco and above the Bajada/Malecon Armendariz. It has features such as a large two story high entrance hall, 24 hour security (reception desk), personal secured underground parking space inside the building, multiple elevators and a great location with stunning views.

Brand new 80m² (860 Ft²) luxury apartment, fully furnished with new select modern/contemporary designer furniture, all new appliances (big brand names only) - lots of glass for great views of the Pacific Ocean and plenty of daylight

The holiday apartments comprises of a spacious living room area with light wooden floors and balcony with Ocean View, an ample kitchen with counter and brand new appliances, 2 bedrooms, one with a spectacular queen sized bed and one with two single beds (all matresses are custom/hand made - you will feel the difference waking up refreshed!), both featuring direct Pacific Ocean views - no better way to wake up in the morning. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms, one equipped with a hot tub, one with a shower and one WC for guests.

The building is strategically located between Miraflores and Barranco, 2 of the nicest and most secure areas of Lima and yet so different.

Miraflores is one of the most modern areas of Lima. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, casinos, moview theatres, shopping centres, antique shops and parks to take a walk in, especially the ones right at the ocean promenade nearby and within short walking distance.

Barranco on the other hand, the smallest suburb of Lima is much more traditional with beautiful bohemian architecture, many art galleries and definately the most beautiful coastline in all of Lima.
