This charming luxury holiday apartment in Cote d'Azur is situated in Avenue Felix Faure at Menton.  The holiday studioa lies in a house on the second floor and can accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with mountain view and a balcony, a bathroom with a small bathtub and shower. Slepeing arrangements are as followed: there is one double sofa bed, one single chair bed and a single hide-away bed.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Arrivals: saturday from 2.00 PM Departures: saturday by 12.00 PM

2. A deposit of 30% is required on booking, with balance payable in cash at your arrival.
3. A security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned in full on departure provided no damage or breakages have occurred.
4. Reductions will apply for rentals in excess of 15 days except Summer period.  We don’t accept cheques neither for the deposit nor for the rent.
5. The price is inclusive of electricity.
6. You can hire the household linen for 15 euros/person.
7. Cleaning 50 euros (if not done by yourself).
