A perfect studio for a not expensive and pratical stay in Lisbon. Very Charming, white and clean. Good transport and walking connections...

What makes this apartment so up its the combination of good price, space, simplicity and design. Clean, white atmosphere. It is the refurbishment of an attic, so it has the charm of historical buildings attic studios. located in a residential street, "O estudio" has 3 well divided areas: sliping; with a double bed; living with a double sofa-bed and eating area next to the kitchenette. Bathroom with bath.  The apartment is very well furnished in a simple and clean way, offering plenty of free room in your stay. We have selected this apartment thinking on single travelers, a couple, 2 friends or co-workers.Public paid parking next to the apartment. Free parking areas around.

About Surfing Holidays City Centre

The flat is located in a side street in between Campo de Ourique and Largo do Rato. Although not being in the middle of the downtown historical districts  it is still located at the city center and has quite good connections at door. Campo de Ourique, a residential district known by its galleries, shoping, gourmet stores and restaurants, is at 5 minutes walking distance. Right next to the apartment you have the “Mãe de água” monument and gardens, Siza Viera Museum, “Casa Fernando Pessoa”, Estrela Garden, “Basilica da Estela” (church/monument). Down from Rato you may walk by São Bento Street and with the antiques shops and the parliament building. Walking up to is Amoreiras shopping center and the biggest portuguese library “Byblos”. We remind the apartment is a studio, not  adequate for large families or groups of more than 3 guests.
