This brand new luxury apartment has 2 master bedrooms and 2 master bathrooms, giving equal space and amenities to everyone. Our Hollywood DeLux apartment II. comfortably sleeps 6+2 guests on the apartment’s 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed and two queen size air mattresses.  By request, we are happy to switch the air mattresses for single size fold away beds.  There are 3 TV sets and 3 cable boxes for all your entertainment needs. The building has 24/7 security patrol, secure gated garage areas, a crystal clear rooftop pool and jacuzzi, laundry room and a serene fountain garden in the courtyard.

Just remodeled, this unit boasts dramatic dark granite countertops and hardwood floors.  Our interior design is focused on combining comfort with functional luxury.  From the solid wood dining table accented with leather high-back chairs to the carefully chosen wall art and accents, our guests will be welcomed by a warm welcoming vibe that truly exemplifies what a contemporary metropolitan apartment should feel like. This fully furnished, well-equipped apartment is a great choice for families, groups of friends or actors/directors coming to LA in search of that dream job.

This beautiful apartment is located four blocks north of the corner of La Brea and Wilshire Boulevard. The famous Museum Row, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove and the Farmers Market are all in walking distance. It is only a 5 minute drive to Melrose, The Beverly Center and the infamous Sunset Strip and only a few minutes more to the Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard. The Hollywood DeLux apartments are located in the northern part of the affluent Miracle Mile district, nestled just between Hollywood, the ritzy Hancock Park neighborhood and the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods to the West.  The development of this up-scale neighborhood began in the 1920s, and was destined immediately to become a car-friendly shopping area and an urban melting pot. Guests will see a wonderful mix of architectural styles in the surrounding homes and buildings, as well as a great variety of colorful boutiques, cafes and other businesses.  This recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub offers quick access to all areas of town along major avenues and is right nearby the new Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street as well as newly expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard.
