Vacation Rental Description

This professionally decorated vacation apartment has two master bedrooms and two master bathrooms, allowing each guest their own private space and the ability to close off their area from the rest of the apartment.  One of our newest vacation rentals in Los Angeles, this unit makes clever use of architecture and the availability of a separate dressing and vanity area truly make the difference in giving this rental home a distinctively spacious feel.  The sleeping arrangements include two Queen beds, one in each bedroom and a plush convertible sofa bed.  This easily accommodates 6 guests while our optional single-size foldaway beds or top-of-the-line air mattresses may be requested for additional guests. Should you be traveling with an infant, please feel free to request one of our available cribs.

This 2nd floor apartment features bright rooms and contemporary furnishings.  The vibe is decidedly warm and welcoming, while boasting carefully coordinated artwork, accents and furniture. Both bedrooms as well as the living room all have TV’s with cable connections, while one bedroom features a DVD combo unit.  Just remodeled and refurnished with dark granite kitchen counter tops and brand new appliances, the kitchen is equipped with all the usual cookware and utensils.   This apartment also features a dishwasher, plush modern furniture and newly carpeted floors.  With luxurious details in mind, we’ve gone through this short-term rental from top to bottom to ensure that everything is perfect for the families, friends or actors/directors in LA for a dream job or pilot season. The building also features 24/7 security patrol, secure gated garage, rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, laundry room, and a beautiful courtyard fountain surrounded by lush greenery and tall palm trees. Guests can even relax on the stunning rooftop sun deck while taking in the views of the surrounding mountains and the famous Hollywood sign.

The Miracle Mile district, home to OMG.travel’s newest and finest Los Angeles rental properties, is often referred to as a Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhood in real estate listings.  The neighborhood first developed in the 1920’s as a car-friendly shopping area – surely a cutting-edge concept in those times!  It has now blossomed into a true urban melting pot and is dotted with a wonderful mix of architectural styles, businesses and entertainment venues.  This area has seen a great deal of modernizing and recently redevelopments, once again defining it as an affluent Los Angeles hub.  The newly developed “The Grove” shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street now complement the historic 3rd Street Farmer’s Market and several museums along Wilshire Boulevard have seen some outstanding expansions.  The building is located just four blocks North of Wilshire, about a block West of La Brea Avenue.  This prime location gives guests perfect access to main through streets while still maintaining a quiet, sheltered setting.
