This modern and stylish , garden Sydney apartment, has 2 bedrooms ( one queen one twin) with an ensuite shower/WC, to the queen bedroom, and a separate bath/ shower/ WC to the other bedroom. Full kitchen with mod cons, and open plan living and dining area, ( seats 6). There is a large front terrace, and an even larger side garden, which is walled in and safe for children to play. It is close to all amenities, eg bus routes to city ( 15-20 mins), Bondi Beach ( 4 min walk downhill.. 10 min back uphill!), shops and restaurants approx. 100m.

Furniture is modern and comfortable, the unit is serviced weekly, and linens are included and changed weekly. Ther is a full laundry facility with washer and dryer and iron. This is a residential style, private,,apartment in a residential building in a secure and comfortable area of the city ,and has plenty of internal space. There is a secure car park for 1 vehicle in the basement. Portable ADSL available for rent for internet access.
