Vacation Rental Description

The Bella Vista Apartments are on the Monte Pego, between Denia and Pego, with views to the orange groves, rice fields and the sea. Our charming Mediterranean style complex has outside pool, heated indoor swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, mini-golf, table tennis, a pool bar and a nice restaurant in an old Finca. Only 10 minutes drive to the beach; all amenities and attractions are within easy reach. The average annual temperatureis about 20 degrees centigrade. The northern Costa Blanca has one of the healthiest climates in the world according to WHO.
A perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean life style in peace and tranquility.
All our apartments have large terraces with stunning views to the Mediterranean, the Marjal Nature Reserve, rugged mountains, rice paddies and orange groves.

Only a short drive from Bella Vista and Pego, you will find Denia with its charming fishing port. Denia offers the whole range of shops, services, bars and restaurants. Benidorm with its theme parks as well as Alicante are only about 1 hours drive away.

The beaches of Denia, Gandia and Oliva offer the whole rangeof watersports, such as wind surfing, surfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, scuba diving, snorkelling and sailing.

The landside in Costa Blanca is intersting for cycling, trekking, climbing and potholing. There are various nature reserves, caves and other "natural attractions". Golf courses can be found in Oliva and other locations.

The nearest town is the lively and historic market town of Pego.
