When and where do I receive the keys?

It depends on the accommodation you booked. Normally you go straight to the rental address at the time agreed and the contact person will hand over the keys and show you the accommodation. Sometimes the managers of the rental asks you to come to their office to pick up the keys and pay the balance.
All the instructions are in your booking voucher which you receive instantly after making the down payment.
