Perfect for friends or a small family on holiday, the apartment covers 60 sq. metres and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests with 4 individual beds. Parquet floors are featured in this accommodation in Stockholm along with a wall of windows which provides natural sunlight. A bright red wall borders the living area which is comprised of a sitting area with chairs, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchen/dining area is open-plan and has a coffeemaker, a stove, a microwave and a toaster – a great alternative for cooking at home – and the dining area has a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental.

This holiday studio apartment in Sweden is located in the Husby district and approximately 20 minutes to Stockholm City. The name “Husby” was derived from a former royal farm which is still located in the area and consists of streets which are named after Norway cities. There are many runestones (raised stones with inscriptions) in the surrounding areas of Husby which are remnants from the Viking era. Just a few minutes from Kista and for those who enjoy bathing, there is an adventure pool. Stockholm has received 55 million crowns in order to make Husby more sustainable and expand biking in general with the improvement of paths as well as courses and more information. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
