Built in 2005 by Award Winning Custom Home builder Alpine Homes of Canmore this holiday accommodation in Canadian Rockies represents ultimate quality in the perfect penthouse setting in Three Sisters Mountain Village just minutes from Stewart Creek Golf Club and a 5 minute drive or stunning 30 minute bike ride to Downtown Canmore. This luxurious Penthouse condo has everything you could wish for, a perfect mountain getaway for a family holiday, romantic vacation or business retreat.

This sprawling top floor 3 bedroom condo has stunning views to the South & West both from the large outside deck and also through the huge windows in the vaulted lounge, dining and kitchen areas.

As you enter the holiday accommodation you will immediately appreciate the soaring vaulted space through the Living & Dining room; this open plan living area has Cherry hardwood flooring, huge square timbers, in-floor heating and rock fireplace (gas). The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining and includes all stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. There are 2 master bedrooms each with its own ensuite and a 3rd bedroom which includes a combined double and single bunk bed. Canmore is located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies close to Banff National Park. The surrounding area is known for some of the best hiking, mountain biking, and climbing in the world. The Yoho, Kootenay, Banff and Jasper National Parks and Kananaskis Country are all only a short scenic drive away. Five world-class golf courses are all nearby, including the Banff Springs, Stewart Creek, and Silvertip Resort. Many downhill ski resorts are within a 100-kilometre radius, including Lake Louise (a 50-minute drive), Sunshine Village, Nakiska, and Banff Mount Norquay (only a 15-minute drive away).

The Canmore Nordic Centre, which hosted the 1988 Olympic Nordic events is only 5 minutes away, and offers 84 miles of groomed Nordic skiing trails in winter and mountain biking in summer. Other winter sports available in the area include: snowshoeing, outdoor skating, ice climbing, bobsledding, and dog sledding. In addition there are excellent shops, boutiques, art galleries and great restaurants both in Canmore and Banff.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. A deposit of 25% of rental fee is requested upon reservation. The remainder of the rental amount, and $1000.00 damage deposit, must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. The full $1000.00 will be refunded one week after the completion of your stay, providing that there is no damage or loss. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

2. Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently rebooked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.
3. Monthly rates: $6,000 to $10,000 per month (Canadian $).
