Villa Iolanda - a holiday dream in white.

Near OLiveri, one of the most beautiful beaches on Sicilly. A comfortable und pretty holiday villa for 2-12 guests.
2 separate apartments with each 120 m² living space and approx. 250 m² terrace and additionally a 5.000 m² garden with an exclusively quiet area, only 80 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches.

The stairs to the roof terrace separates both apartments.

Therefore this villa is ideal for 2 families, who would like to spend a holiday together.

The apartments can hold in total up to 12 guests.

Entirely quiet situated, the villa stands on a park-like gartenproperty with roughly 5.000 m² along a rarely driven road with lots of palms and other bushes and trees viewing the ocean and the mountain range. Beach near by, close to airport, close to lake, dogs permitted, family friendly, rail station near by, suitable for seniors, winter-residence.

About Sicily Messina

The surrounding areaOnce you have arrived at villa Iolanda, you can forget your car. You will not need it - unless you would like to visit and tour the area. The beach is in walking distance (80 m) and the town centre is only 5 minutes away. In the town, there is everything you could wish: cafés, bars, pubs, restaurants, ... Everything is not far, but it is still quiet, with a view of the ocean and the surrounding mountains.

Travel information:

From Messina or Palermo, all the local commuter trains stop in Oliveri-Tindari, the express trains in Patti (coming from Messina) or in Milazzo (from Palermo).

From Messina, Catania or Palermo, over the A20 (Messina-Palermo), exit Falcone. Further on the SS113, towards Palermo. Then right towards Oliveri.

Distances: airport: 160 km, beach: 80 m, ferry: 20 km, railway station1 km, restaurant 100 m, shopping possibility: 500 m, water: 80 m, Cefalu: 75 km, Milazzo: 40 km, Patti: 5 km, Taormina: 95 km.
