The house was completely restored and furnished tastefully. The main Sicily villa has double rooms with television, air conditioning, heater, hair dryer and bathroom with shower cubicle jacuzzi. An independent structure located next to the main house offers a common lounge with sofas and a large-screen satellite TV.

The modern kitchen is complete with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator / freezer, microwave and other modern appliances. The gym has modern equipment for fitness and a relaxing infrared sauna. The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs. The garden has a swimming pool with sun terrace at the edge and deck chairs.

The other part of the garden includes lawn equipped with a gazebo for romantic dinners by candlelight.
