Bed & Breakfast Description

The B&B Brezza Marina*** is born in 2006 in Pozzallo and it is situated in the N°2 of Marco Polo street, at the second floor of a little palace in the heart of the quarter called “Raganzino” at 150 metres from Pozzallo’s Beach.

The rooms of this Sicily B&B are furnished in a simple and functional style with the most modern comforts. They are all endowed with a heating system and autonomous acclimatization, TV, fridge, hair-dryer and bathroom.

In the balconies the guests can spend some pleasant moment of relax under the warm Sicilian sun.

The main prerogatives of our hospitality are availability, cleanliness and respect for your privacy.

About Sicily Other

Pozzallo is extended for 2 km on the Mediterranean sea and it pleases his inhabitants and his tourists with two big beaches whit his thin and gilt sand.

The beach called "Raganzino", placed in the homonyms quarter, is ideal for the ones who love quiet places and is equipped with bathing establishments, kiosks, showers and various services; moreover the characteristic "Di Martino’s Castle" dominates the beach.

The beach called "Pietrenere" is provided with a wide car park, a ciclabile track, bathing establishments, discopubs, icecream shops, refreshments, pubs, kiosks and a games park area. It is ideal for the entertainment of tourist of all ages.
Every year since the 2002 Pozzallo has received the Blue Flag, a prize of which can pleased only the cleanest and the most equipped beaches of Italy.

The tourist trips with the island of Malta from and to the Knighs’ island are well organized with a catamaran daily service half and hour.
In the summer time beach volley, beach soccer, lessons of American Latin dance and spin bike are organized too.

Notes on Prices

1. The prices are from prices and per person.

2. Double room use single: 50% supplement.
3. The advance during the booking is equal to the 30% of the whole price for the stay.
4. The booking is considered valid after the receiving of the fax of the happened payment.
5. The payment can happen through Mails Pay or rebate banking.
6. In general line the European norms that regulate the annulment of trips and stays in hotel are adopted. Stays are not debited if cancelled up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay, so if the cancellation happens within the 4 weeks from the beginning of the stay, the deposit will integrally be kept.
7. If our guests decide to leave the flats before the established time of staying they must pay only the period of effective permanence and the possible excess of the confirmatory deposit won't be returned.
