Beachfront 3 double bedrooms penthouse apartment in Sicily comes with a large terrace and breathtaking views at the sea and Aeolian Islands. This penthouse apartment overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands has been the Summer holidays residence of a very creative and arts loving family for over 30 years. The penthouse occupies half of the fifth floor of a late 70’s residential building just across a secluded stretch of sandy - as well as rocky beach. The interiors are tiled with ceramics throughout and the apartment gives exceptional comfort to sleep 6 people in three double bedrooms featuring ceiling fans and air conditioning and spacious wardrobes. This accommodation is fitted with two bathrooms (one en-suite) with complete set and shower. The large living area with built in sofas and a dining area with banquette seats and chairs for up to 8 people. Glass sliding doors lead to the stunning terracotta tiled terrace. The terrace - accessible also from one of the bedrooms and joining corridor - gives an open-wide view over a fabulous bay and the deep turquoise waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea with the Aeolian Islands aligned to the horizon. This is the perfect setting for dining, stars gazing and listening to the sound of the waves. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, fridge freezer and table.

This apartment in Sicily is located within walking distance from a pretty fishermen settlement “Il Borgo di S.Gregorio” with good restaurants, the touristic port - which is undergoing a major redevelopment - and late bars. Capo d'Orlando - a charming little seaside resort is a 5 min drive or 25 min walk away and offers plenty of shopping, cafes, restaurants,beach chalets and nightlife , pedestrian town center with children amenities. The resort is an excellent base for cultural explorations of Cefalu', Palermo, Taormina, Catania, Mount Etna, the Tindari Sanctuary and ideal for day trips to the Aeolian Islands (UNESCO). There is so much more that Sicily has to offer with its colours, Greek and Arab heritage, coastal and mountain villages, sunsets and splendid beaches.

Within 30 days: if a client cancels within 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
