ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Shanghai rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Shanghai. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
Down Payment: the down payment is not refundable
Within 7 days: If the client cancels a booking within 7 days of arrival he/she will be liable for 50% of the rental cost
Within 2 days: In the event of a cancellation of a booking within 2 days of arrival the client will be liable for 100% the rental cost
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
