Vacation Rental Description

Newly built holiday Villa (2008) for rent in Dalyan, Turkey with private pool (length 12.5 mtrs) and splash pool situated within own walled garden. The villa is just 10 mins gentle stroll from the centre of Dalyan in a quiet area with mountain views. Furnished to an extremely high standard with everything required for a self catering holiday. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests utilising 1 double room (en-suite), 1 twin room (en-suite) and 1 double sofa bed. There is a third bathroom for guests using the sofa bed in the lounge.

The Turkey Coast villa has a fully equipped Kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and all crockery and cutlery), Large Lounge with coffee table, TV, DVD, PS2, MP3/WMA CD radio, MP3/laptop speakers, and Dining Area with table and leather chairs for 6. DVD's, CD's, books and board games are also provided. Patio doors from the lounge and double bedroom allow access to the large wrap around terrace.

Steps from the terrace lead down to the sunbathing areas, where padded sunloungers, parasols and tables can be found. There is a children's splash pool (9 sq mtrs), main swimming pool (45 sq mtrs), hammock and built in BBQ. Full details can be found on our website.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Our normal rental period is one week and we can cater for your arrival on any day of the week

2. Short breaks can also be accommodated where possible
3. If your exact date is not free, please still email us as some of the days are changeover days
4. Our rental charges are payable in pounds sterling
5. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 10%
6. We do not take a breakages deposit, all we ask is that if any item is broken that it is replaced on a like for like basis.
