This Beautiful Auckland villa was newly completed in Aug 2007, Spacious and tastefully furnished, it provides commanding views over the golf of Thailand.
The villa consists of a master bedroom ; it is equipped with king size bed and decorated in contemporary Thai style. The en suite bathroom includes steam shower and all further bedrooms are equipped with on suit shower room and air-conditioning
Spacious open plan Living , dining ,kitchen, with sliding door access to side sun terrace (60 Sq M), and separate sliding door access to rear terrace & the beautiful private pool, with steps into a shallow section

The apartment on the lower floor has two bedrooms, lounge area, its own terrace with stunning views, Kitchen with breakfast bar, reception area, Studio/bedroom and indoor garden. Discount is given for part occupancy

This Villa is ideal for two families, that want there own space but can enjoy their holiday together. The Villa/apartment is split in to two levels allowing each group to have their own living/dinning and kitchen areas, but being able to come together on the top level to enjoy the pool and terrace.

About Diving Destinations East

Lamai is a relaxing small sea side town, with its many fantastic seafood restaurants; some are situated right on the beach. Shopping in Lamai is inexpensive with a wide variety of shops to choose from. There are many bars to choose from, some with live music, and makes for a great night life, this can go on till 4am. Equally you can find a nice quiet part of the beach and just chill out.
Just down the road from the Villa you will come to fishing village of Bann Hua Thanon. There is a fish and vegetable market there open daily, this is in true Thai style.
Chawang 20 mins drive is lot busier than Lamai, with many western type shops, good bars and restaurants. There are also many tours around Samui, including diving, jungle safari, snake farm, crocodile farm, and aquarium. We can arrange for any of these for you, including your hire car, motorcycle hire.
