Our villa accommodation in Wellington is all self contained in a private but convenient central location with stylish contemporary and antique furnishings and a personal chef as required.

This Wellington vacation villa (Qualmark rated 4 star) comfortably accommodates 8 people with all linen, towels etc supplied, so you don't need to bring anything in this regard. 

Great for your holiday in Wellington, business accommodation, your business meeting venue, your girls weekend away, small intimate wedding functions or the barbeque afterwards, wedding guest accommodation, or your very own secluded honeymoon.

About Diving Destinations City Centre

Our villa accommodation in Wellington is very centrally located and easy to find being 10 minutes taxi from the airport (NZ$17 for taxi or shuttle for a family). At the end of our quiet cul-de-sac street at the buses that run every 15 minutes to CBD Wellington, which is a 5 minute journey. A taxi is about NZ$7. We are within walking distance to all major attractions in Wellington i.e Te Papa but a bus trip is recommended with children and TePapa our national museum is NZ$1.50 from Manley Terrace Villa.

1. Our rate is NZ$350 per night for 8 guests inclusive of a continental breakfast

2. Our requirements are 30% deposit upon booking confirmation to secure your booking with balance payable prior to arrival
3. Very reasonably priced and available to suit with preference for two nights but flexible to requirements and negotiable for one night stays
