There are four bedrooms and three baths on the first two floors and two bedrooms and two and a half baths on the second two floors. A rooftop terrace and verandas on all floors make this an ideal place to live or stay on vacation. Both city water and well water available. Just 10 minutes from city center and main activities. It is no wonder that the Brazilian economy is booming and real estate here poised to take off in the next few years.
