This spacious 2 bedroom fully furnished villa can accommodate up to eight people, as it also has three sofa beds and is therefore an ideal property for a group of friends. It also has its own patio, landscaped garden, outside shower and private swimming pool. The property includes 2 bedrooms, together with a three -piece bathroom suite on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor. A number of appliances including dishwasher, freezer, TV, CD player, washing machine and dryer have also been included and designed to make life as easy as possible for you during your stay. The property is just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful local beach, and is close to a number of local restaurants that cater for all budgets.

The lovely family oriented village of Ayia Triada, is ideally located within the centre of the Famagusta district and is just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the larger resorts of Protaras, Kapparis and Ayia Napa. This whole coastline provides a wide variety of activities including water sports, boat trips, minigolf, as well as the Waterworld theme park at Ayia Napa. All these activities can be combined with a relaxing time at the local beach, followed by a delicious family dinner at one of the many local restaurants or tavernas located in the area, which can cater for all budgets.

1. To make your reservation we will require 10% payment in advance. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the property. For any damages or breakages we require a €200 refundable deposit upon your arrival to the property.
