It consists in 6 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, all around a patio, a lrge living room, a fully furnished kitchen, terraces with a nice breeze, private pool and BBQ area. Arcavilla is in a quiet location, ideal for families, large groups, wedding. It is in about 1 acre of land, with tropical trees and flowers.

Falmouth Harbour is a very safe bay for boats, with quiet water. There are marinas where it is possible to see mega Yachts during the year and it is the starting point of the famous Antigua sailing week. Being the life center of the South side of the island, you can find restaurants, cafes,supermarket, and night entertainment.In only 7 minutes driving you can reach wonderful beaches with clear crystal water.
