The condominium is about a 100 meters off the road leading to the beach and is surrounded by green fields & coconut palms on three sides & the beach to the west. Located within a ten minute drive from the city of Margao, which is considered the commercial capital of Goa, this tastefully decorated and furnished apartment is an ideal place to stay, whether you are traveling on business or pleasure. This studio holiday rental apartment is tastefully furnished with light & sturdy cane furniture. It has a cane sofa set, a coffee table and a television at one end in the living area and a smalll round glass top cane dining table for four in the central dinning area. At the far end is a large cane double bed, a stand for hanging clothes and a little cupboard for clothes & other knick knacks. The Studio holiday rental apartment has a large french window which open onto a sit out that overlooks one of the central areas of the complex and is ideal for having morning breakfast or a cup of tea in the evenings, while watching the sun go down. The Studio holiday rental apartment has a bathroom which is fitted with a western toilet, a shower tray, an instant hot water shower, a wash basin and a mirror. The kitchen has a granite worktop that is fitted with cupboards below. The Studio holiday rental apartment is equipped with a microwave, fridge, basic glassware, cutlery and crockery. On request & subject to availability a gas cooking stove & basic cooking utensils can be arranged for stays of 2 weeks or more.
The apartment complex is relatively secure, having a boundary wall all around and a gated access manned by security guards. For those wishing to drive down to Goa or rent a vehicle while in Goa, there is ample amount of parking space within the apartment complex.
