This spacious 1,000 sq. ft. beachfront penthouse condo is ideally located at Siesta Key public beach in Sarasota, Florida. An additional 200 sq. ft. furnished open balcony provides an ideal location to enjoy your meals from the gourmet kitchen, beverages, sunbath and take in the view of this incredible white powder sugar sand beach and the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. The quartz sand never gets hot and travelers come from all over the world to enjoy this beach.

Our condo and our building have just comleted a year long reconstruction that makes this the location to be if you have an interest in sun bathing and partaking in the most incredible beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

From your vacation condo you are a one mile walk by beach or by road to the tropical Village of Siesta Key where food, side walk cafes, libations, shops, groceries or just plain fun is awaiting your arrival. This tropical bohemian village lends itself to the casual lifestyle of those who love the sun and beach.

This is not a community that is familiar with formal dress, suits or ties and yet great restaurants are waiting to serve you memorable meals at an island pace. Whether you require authentic sushi from JoTo a fisherman owned restaurant, authentic Italian from Cafe Gabbiano, a special dish from Siesta Key's own Blase Cafe, or a New England meal from the Lobster Pot your palate will be impressed. We don't take food and beverage for granted on Siesta Key, our expectations are high.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. $300 refundable security deposit with reservation

2. Security deposit can be refunded to renter at end of stay with condo inspection by owners at departure
3. 11% sales tax
4. minimum 1 week stay
5. Cancellation Policy: If renter sends written notice of cancellation of reservation ninety (90) days prior to occupancy in the winter season, (12/15-4/30) and thirty (30) days in the summer season (5/1-12/14)
6. all advance deposits will be refunded. If renter does not send written cancellation of the reservation within the above listed required time frames, tenant understands and agrees that the entire amount of money held (advance rent only) could be forfeited. Refund of any advance rent will be made if the property is re-rented for the same time period or longer. No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
