Vacation Rental Description

This seaview holiday apartment in Antigua comfortably sleeps up 4 people. The living room offers a comfortable sitting area and the patio provides tables and chairs for lounging, as well. The bedroom features a queen size bed with egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy pillows with insect screens throughout the apartment protecting you from unwanted visitors.

There is a seperate laundry room.

Located 100 yards from pristine, palm fringed beach on South Coast of Antigua, this spacious holiday apartment offers you outstanding panoramic views over Cades Reef and of neighbouring islands, such as Montserrat, Redonda and Guadeloupe.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Prices based upon up to 2 persons sharing. Any additional persons (upto a maximum of 4 total per apartment) will be charged an additional$50 US per head per night.

2. 20% deposit secures your reservation.
3. Additional fees may apply for: activities, tours and special services.
4. Air Conditioning is available on request at an additional cost of $15US per apt per day. A/C is included in high season rates.
5. A $400USD Refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in
6. 20% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE on LAST MINUTE WEEKS 2008. 4th July - August 22nd, 31st August - October 1st, 25th October - November 15th.
