Vacation Rental Description

This Majorca vacation apartment is spacious modern rental near the lovely pedestrianised town square, with a pool, sun terrace and balcony.

The apartment benefits from private underground car parking and a lift for easy access.

The large lounge/dining area has ample space for all the family to relax on holiday and the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. 

Off the hall are three double bedrooms, all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is served by an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are twin bedded and have a separate bathroom.

Both bathrooms are modern and have a shower as well as a bath and the whole apartment has to a high standard, offering comfort and style.

Furthermore, you can enjoy the private swimming pool or relax on the sun terrace which is heaven in the middle of town. 

This recently furnished apartment is privately owned and is an excellent all year round location for those wanting everything on the doorstep.

1. Prices include air-conditioning, weekly clean and change of bed linen/towels and a welcome pack.
2. A deposit of 25% of the full amount is payable on booking, and the balance is due at least eight weeks before departure.
3. A £100.00 security deposit will be taken against unreasonable breakages and excessive cleaning.
