Vacation Rental Description

This accommodation in Nice is a wonderful holiday studio located in a quiet area. Offering a double bed and comfortable Z bed, this holiday accommodation makes it possible to sleep 3 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and for your entertainment we offer you SKY Freeview.

The patio windows let the sunshine stream in but the door shutters will keep the room cool during the day and affords extra security when you go out; a fan gives you the air conditioning at night should you need it.

You can choose to bring your own bed linen and towels or you can hire them for £7.50 per person per week - but the washing machine is always available and they will dry in no time in the warm balmy air on the clothes horse on the balcony. Electricity is included in the rental fee and there is plenty of hot water as long as you save your bath till night time and just shower in the morning! Don’t forget your tea towels. 

About Diving Destinations Nice Centre

The accommodation in Nice is situated in the quiet residential Lenval area, is a two minute walk from the beach and a leisurely, interesting 15 minute walk to the centre.
Within five minutes from the apartment you can be purchasing your croissants and wine in the local shops or sitting at one of the local pavement cafés.

Including the “CASINO” and "SPAR", there are 4 supermarkets close by for all of your needs and there is a "PICARD" frozen food supermarket opposite. Lenval also has 2 internet cafés and an indoor swimming pool.

You don't need a car as Nice has a fantastic public transport system and buses stop outside the apartment giving you the opportunity to explore the whole of the Riviera and into Italy. They will take you to the railway station or bus station for access right along the coast to Antibes, Cannes and beyond, Monaco, San Remo and further into Italy. Every day is an adventure and it needn’t cost the earth.
