Vacation Rental Description

The Majorca holiday apartment is a modern first floor apartment located on a secure gated complex. Fully furnished to the highest standards. With granite worksurfaces to the fully fitted kitchen and matching granite floors throughout. The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and has en-suite. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. There is a shower room with circular feature shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is a large balcony/terrace area with patio furniture, overlooking landscaped gardens where you can kick back and relax!

The Majorca complex has a large pool with a feature water fall and a central island which is home for the pool bar. There is also a tennis court and volley ball court.....Not many complexs can boast such facilities!

About Diving Destinations Cala Egos

Cala D’or and Cala Egos are very much family resorts, however they can be as busy or as relaxing as the mood takes you.There are lots of fantastic bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in both resorts.
The world famous Marina at Cala D’or offers many quality restaurants and bars overlooking the yachts that are moored there. The Marina provides the perfect backdrop whilst relaxing and enjoying your meal or having a quiet drink. The Marina is only 3 minutes away in a taxi or for those who enjoy the exercise 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
There are a wide range of shops in both Cala Egos and Cala D’or and there are three supermarkets within 300 yards of apartment.
The City of Palma is only 45 mins away by car where you can shop till you drop. Shopping in the city centre is Palma's answer to Regent Street in London, with the coolest shops on the island. There are plenty of designer shops but remember that this is Spain, and the shops close between 1.30pm and 4pm for siesta time.
Cuevas del Drach (Caves of the dragon)- Close to Porto Cristo on the east coast are popular with visitors. A two -hour guided tour takes in the beautifully lit shapes, culminating at the Lago Martel, an underground lake.
The biggest waterpark on the island is Aquacity on the outskirts of the resort of El Arenal. Aqualand and the Western Park are both in Magaluf.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Please contact us to establish availability. To secure a booking you will need to forward payment of an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice and statement. The balance of the total amount is due no later than eight weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable security deposit of £150 should acompany your final payment.We can accept Paypal as a method of payment please add 3.4% to rental price.
