Vacation Rental Description
The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has a private garden; a veranda or a terrace, with possibility of dining outdoor; a double room (a second double room is only in the three-room apartments); a living-room with a sofa–double bed and another sofa-single bed, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and a complete endowment (included cooking pots, frying pans, cutlery, iron, hair-dryer, satellite television); bathroom with shower. The two-room apartments are for 4 people, the three-room apartments for 6 people. In both apartments there is the possibility of an extra bed. Pet accepted only if little.
About Sardinia Other
The residence is located in Villasimius, 300 m. from the beach of Campulongu, in a area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village, in a peaceful zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches. Common services of the residence are swimming pool, common room, laundry, children playground area. In April May, October, November the opening of the swimming-pool is not assured, it depends on whether conditions. Normally we open the pool at mid-May and close it at mid-end of October.

Notes on Apartment Prices
This is a from price, please enquire for more info. Heating in Winter is included.
60 Euros for final cleaning
30 euro for person for week for electricity, gas and water, bed sheets and towels (weekly change), tourist tax.
Extra bed (5th bed in the 2-room apartments or 7. bed in the 3-room apartments): 70 Euro for week in July and August, 30 Euro in the other months.
Baby bed included for free (but we have not little sheets for the baby bed) Baby chair included for free. Deposit 100 Euros (it will be restituted if there are no damages).
- Air conditioning is an optional with extra-charge of 70 Euro for week.
