Located a few blocks away from both Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park, our recently remodeled San Francisco villa rental emanates comfort and charm. This villa has been carefully developed and furnished tastefully. The entire accommodation exudes warmth.

Upon entering this rental you will find a living room with a large picture window and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a den with a television. As you continue towards the rear of the home there is a dining room and modern kitchen. There is also a bathroom just off the kitchen. At the rear of the first floor there is a washer and dryer.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom is in the front and has a Queen sized bed. The middle room has two twins and the third bedroom has a Queen. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.

This villa rental is situated in Ocean Beach, the longest beach along San Francisco’s shoreline.

Ocean Beach is popular with locals for jogging, strolling and particularly surfing, whilst the strong Pacific waves and chilly waters make swimming suitable for experienced swimmers only. For those who want to combine their trip with city sightseeing and beachside relaxation, Ocean Beach is a good choice. The Muni Bus # 23 connects Ocean Beach to the city centre.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
