This San Francisco accommodation offers great comfort to our guests with tasteful décor. The views towards Golden Gate Park and Saint Ignatius are stunning. This short term accommodation is spacious with generous bedrooms.

Upon entering this apartment you will find the living room with windows along the wall looking towards the North and West. There is a gas fireplace and pull out Queen-sized couch. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with two single beds. There are two large master sized bedrooms with Queen beds. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a kitchen table suitable for seating eight people. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

This San Francisco accommodation is ideal for families or groups traveling together. The apartment is in a great location near the exciting Haight Street shopping area with its numerous restaurant, shopping, and nightlife opportunities. This short term rental is one block from Buena Vista Park and also a single block away from public transit.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
