Located on a lovely tree lined street in the middle of Noe Valley, this vacation apartment in San Francisco can sleep up to 4 people. As you enter this rental, you will find a very nicely laid out bedroom and a living room with a queen sized pull out sofa and large flat screen television.

Opposite the living room is the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom. As you continue to the rear of the apartment you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a window facing the backyard.

The building has a laundry room and large backyard.

This vacation apartment is situated in the prosperous Noe Valley district of San Francisco.

Noe Valley features pretty Victorian housing and plenty of upmarket boutiques, bistros, bars and bookshops. It is particularly lively on the weekends when it seems like the whole neighborhood is out strolling and simply enjoying their neighborhood and its happy, peaceful ambiance.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
