This vacation apartment in San Francisco is a combination of elegance and charm in a very convenient location. This condo shows old world charm with modern design.

This San Francisco rental is comprised of a living room with a finely painted ceiling. Next to the living room is dining room with lovely built in cabinets. The modern kitchen comes with granite counter tops, high tech lighting and high end appliances. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen. On this floor there is the master bedroom with a full bank of windows and beautiful view of the garden. The master bedroom has a very stylish bathroom with a large tub.

If you descend the stairs you'll find the second bedroom. The 3rd bedroom comes with a comfortable seating area. These bedrooms share a full bath. The washer and dryer are also located on this lower level.

This vacation apartment in San Francisco is in the Clayton Heights area which is located near the very active Cole Valley shopping area with numerous restaurants, a grocery, and a very good bakery. It is also located near a number of bus lines and the N Judah Muni Metro Line. Golden Gate Park with the Academy of Art and De Young Museum is roughly a 20 minute walk from Clayton Heights. UCSF is only a few blocks from the unit.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
