San Francisco rental description
This San Francisco apartment is a real charmer. Tucked away handsomely in Corona Heights, this accommodation in San Francisco offers everything that a guest could want for their stay. The cleverly designed studio has a very generous sized living room and dining area. There is a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The cleverness continues in the spacious design by use of a murphy bed which pulls down from the wall. It is a real bed and very comfortable. The bathroom is full sized and modern. The Museum Studio also has sliding glass doors which open onto a private deck. There is a very nice South facing view.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
