Located in San Francisco’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this San Francisco vacation apartment rental is an accommdoation with ample space decorated with refined taste.

Upon entering this vacation rental you will find the large double parlor that serves as the living room. The front parlor has exquisite furniture and a beautiful piano. There is also a classic and large bay window as well as a fireplace. The second parlor is a library that also has a pull out Queen sized couch. As you travel down the hallway you will find a master bedroom and large bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and towards the end of the hallway there is another full bathroom. There is also an office. At the other end of the unit you will find a large open kitchen and dining area.

This San Francisco vacation apartment rental is a fine location to use for your travels through San Francisco and beyond. While it is a very short distance away from the upscale Sacramento Street shopping district, with it’s numerous restaurants and movie theaters, the property itself is in a quiet area.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
