Our Cole Valley Vista offers true comfort with extraordinary flexibility. The single family home located just above the very desirable Cole Valley neighborhood has two independent living quarters which can be rented together or separately. There are decks with fantastic views on each floor topped by a panoramic roof-top deck. There is a finely landscaped yard with a hot tub. Though exuding a sense of calm and serenity, the home is just a few blocks away from restaurants, shopping and public transit.

As you come up the stairs to the top floor you will find the living room directly in front of you. The living room has a pull out couch and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a family room with a comfortable seating area and television. There is a well stocked gourmet kitchen with a large eating area looking out onto the neighboring vistas. The dining area opens conveniently onto the deck.

Going back through the parlor there are two bedrooms each with Queen sized beds at either side of a hallway. There is also a split bathroom with an elegant shower. The layout of the unit allows a group extreme privacy or the capacity for real entertaining. The home is a special combination or pastoral calm and urban convenience.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
