This vacation condo in San Francisco is a beautifully appointed vacation rental in one of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhoods. This vacation condo has been thoughtfully decorated with an eye towards comfort and style. This apartment is modern and bright. As you enter this condo, you will find a living room with a full deck with excellent views. There is a unique sliding flat screen television and a pull out Queen sized couch. There is a stylish dining area next to a modern well-stocked kitchen. A large bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom completes the bottom floor. Take the circular stairs to the master bedroom and you will find the same great views, a king sized bed and the second full bathroom.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
