This vacation condo in San Francisco is an oasis of calm on the border of the Castro and Noe Valley neighborhoods in the central part of the city. This spacious condo provides a full complement of amenities suitable for an extended stay or a short vacation. Recently modernized, San Francisco accommodation has a bank of windows along the living room and bedroom looking out on the garden. The gourmet kitchen accents the unit with complete appliances and utensils. The Castro Garden Suite has a small private area in the garden in addition to having access to the entire large garden. It is a very easy walk into the Castro or to the 24th Street shopping and restaurant area in Noe Valley. This vacation condoi is also located very close to public transport with timed trips to downtown.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
