This vacation apartment in San Francisco is spacious and comes with a deck that offers lovely views of Castro Heights. The living room has hardwood floors and a fireplace. There is pull-out sofa bed for two. The dining area has a glass table for 6 persons. Towards the rear of the house, there is a bright room which includes the kitchen area and offers great views of the city skyline. Off the sun-room, there is a sunlit terrace perfect for a meal or a drink after a long day of visits.

Two bedrooms come with a queen sized beds, one with an ensuite bathroom and private deck.

We did not stay at Castro View because of a last minute problem by the owner.The replaceemt unit was quite good and very well located.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
