This San Francisco accommodation provides plenty of room to spread out. The spacious living room comes with a working fireplace and adjoins on to the lovely dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and cooking equipment. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The main bedroom comes with a King sized bed and boasts great views to the South towards Twin Peaks. There is also an en-suite bathroom here and a private deck. The second bedroom is spacious and has a Queen and access to the deck. There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There are also two more full bathrooms.

For large groups, this apartment can be also rented with Alta Plaza to accommodate up to 16 guests.

This San Francisco accommodation is located in one of San Francisco's most prestigious and serene neighborhoods. The property is located one block from the Presidio and is within walking distance of the upscale Laurel Village commercial district. In the other direction is one of the City's thriving Chinatowns with unique shopping and dining opportunities.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
